A prepared record helps your executor; no settlement deadline is guaranteed.
Illustrative example: Yvon drafts a will, follows his province’s signing requirements, names an executor and keeps the original safe. In Ontario, two eligible witnesses independently confirm the wet-ink ceremony via one-time links. The named executor may file a death certificate; reviewers see the certificate, never will contents. Estate administration, probate and transfers still require the relevant institutions and professionals. Concierge is coming soon, not charged.
**Outcome:** An executor knows where documents are and which steps need professional help.
**Time commitment:** 30 min one-time setup
